The pack contains a series of lesson ‘plans’ helping to teach French in primary school in a cross-curricular sense. Unlike text books, the plans do not form a linear course, but are designed to fit into other curriculum areas (maths, literacy, citizenship, classroom language) in small, ‘bite-size’ sessions. Teachers will be able to dip into the plans (and amend them as necessary) at a point appropriate to the learners’ ability. The plans can also be used alongside more traditional courses at appropriate moments.
