Annual Review forms can also be found on SIMS.
If filled in on the computer, the boxes will expand so more information
can be given. This is particularly important for the ‘Progress and Attainments’ section of the Annual Review
School Report where information should be as detailed as possible.
Well before the Annual Review Meeting the school
should request advice from the relevant agencies, e.g. Speech and Language Therapy Service, Occupational Therapy Service,
Educational Psychology Service, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).
Further advice is available
from caseworkers and/or Special Needs Officers (SNOs).
