Early Career

This refers to the early years of teaching when you will wish to develop your skills. In future there will be opportunities for development under a programme called “Early professional Development (EPD). The salary points will normally be M2 onwards up to M6. You will need to continue to meet the “Core” standards of the new Professional Standards Framework.
