Threshold

After you have progressed to M6 you are entitled to apply to go through Threshold, an accreditation which allows you to move onto the Upper Pay Spine (UPS1). You will need to show that you have met all the “Post Threshold” standards in the new Professional Standards Framework. You remain at each threshold stage for two years before applying to go through to the next stage.
