Limited resources mean that the demand for County Council services is always likely to exceed our ability to deliver. We face a continuing challenge of delivering services with less money. As well as securing core funding, we need to attract additional sources of funding to enable us to increase our capacity to deliver services to our customers. It is the responsibility of all County Council staff to support this aim wherever possible.
