Welcome to the Media Centre which delivers audio or video/audio over the Internet to anyone with an Internet connection. The potential audience is anyone in the world!
We see the Media Centre as an exciting opportunity to further develop the use of multimedia to support learning in the curriculum through pupils working with the media they experience everyday.
It can be used in a number of ways:
- audio or video recordings are stored on the Media Centre and can be linked to from a school website or the WSGfL Media Centre area.
- live performances can be webcast to audiences over the Internet.
- live performances including prerecorded content, presenters introducing recordings for example, can be webcast to audiences.
The Media Centre launches with recordings of the West Sussex County Youth Orchestra featured in 2 concerts during the last year. Visit the sounds area on the WSGfL Media Centre page.
