The authority's vision states that we believe in "acting with integrity in a transparent, open and honest way". That means YOU should be able to pose the questions/raise issues that matter to you and your colleagues, and this is your chance to do it! It is also your chance to raise concerns about our services rather than use valuable time in headteachers’ meetings, such as locality groups, consultative groups or headteachers' association meetings.
We will monitor themes and issues so that we can improve our services, our strategies or simply the way that we communicate. We will still be able to discuss issues that need further consideration with the appropriate consultative groups.
