Early Headship Provision

The Authority places a very high value on its Headteachers and the quality of the relationships that exist between the various partners in the service. We strive to support Headteachers during the early stages of headship by providing support and challenge through the Early Headship Provision.

West Sussex is a member of SELT (The Southern Educational Leadership Trust) and we provide a range of support for heads in their first 3 years of headship.
