The West Sussex Remodelling Team offer support and guidance for all West Sussex Schools on key elements of the Restructuring process necessary to fulfil the latest 2005 STRB requirements to review and restructure the school workforce. Links with the Extended Schools Remodelling programme are being established to ensure continuity.
Supporting schools in planning for the implementation of the new Performance Management Regulations for Teachers is now a key area of our work.
These pages provides schools with information about Workforce Remodelling, Performance Management and Restructuring and the Local Authority's role in taking the agenda forward, placing the priorities of the Local Authority's and schools' development and improvement plans within the context of delivery through a remodelled workforce.
