Lancing

Lancing College
Lancing is found between Worthing and Shoreham-by-the-Sea, it has a pleasant coastal atmosphere and an enjoyable mix of properties from several periods. It is a well know region for wild-life, with the widewater lagoon being of great interest to naturalists and botanists.

The dominant feature of the district is Lancing College chapel, an impressive church standing on high ground which is of immense, almost cathedral-like proportions, with a vaulted roof rising to a height of 90 feet.

Visitors here will find plenty to make their visit enjoyable, there are a few shops, pleasant hospitable inns, and pleasing holiday accommodation for those wishing to stay awhile.
