Welcome to the Job Evaluation Area of the WSGfL.
This area aims to provide all the information required for a Headteacher to make a decision about the grade of a non-teaching post, or action the necessary process in order to establish the grade of a post.
This area is password protected and wsgfl.org.uk user names and passwords are required. However only Headteachers and lead admin officers can access this area. Once you have logged in to the site, further links will appear below. If you do not know your password, ask your schools nominated contact.
To access the Job Description Questionnaires (JDQs) select Job Evaluation Database, once you have logged on. This will take you to a list where you can select the relevant JDQ and examine the evaluation scores, grade and download the JDQ. Use the search facility at the top of the page (once you have selected Job Evaluation Database) to help narrow down the list.
