Please be aware that any orders for IT equipment received between now and the end of the summer term will not be delivered until early in the Autumn term. This is due to all IT resource being fully committed to Adur Age of Transfer installations during the summer holidays and fulfilling orders already in the system, whilst at the same time ensuring there is sufficient support to deal with day to day issues and incidents.

Please read the following information before contacting SITST to request orders, installations, or consultancy work. SITST are only able to process mailed or faxed orders. Please send orders to the address or fax number on the SITST Home Page.
- Prices for goods and services within these pages were correct at the time the page was published. SITST endevour to change details as soon as possible, however the prices shown should only be used as an illustration and are subject to change without notice.
- If the school wish the goods (other than Printers,Scanners, CD's and Licences) to be delivered directly to the school, please state this clearly on the order. Otherwise it will be assumed that the school require the equipment to be delivered and/or installed by SITST, which will incur a charge (See the table below).
- If the school chooses to take delivery of the goods directly, it is their responsibility to arrange a suitable delivery date with SITST.
- If the school require SITST to perform the installation of an item delivered direct to the school, they should log a help call to the SITST service desk requesting installation.
- SITST do not undertake installation or consultancy work during the week directly following a school holiday, or at any time during September. This is due to the high number of help calls received by SITST at these times.
- Lead times for equipment may vary. On average most orders can be fulfilled within 20 working days. The average lead-time for on-site consultancy is between 10 - 20 working days.
- In the event of a hardware failure most equipment is supplied with a 12-month warranty. If a fault occurs after the first
30 days most suppliers will have the option to repair the fault or supply a reconditioned model. It is therefore important
that you fully test all equipment and log any faults as soon as you receive your goods.
- PC or Laptop Installation - includes delivery charge - £50 per device
- Delivery of Equipment - £44 per trip
- Consultancy / Project Work / All other costs - £44 per 1st hour, £11 per 1/4 hour there after
