The Schools IT Support Team, SCAS and ICT Strategy & Initiatives use Dameware Mini Remote Control software to help
provide support services to schools. Dameware allows these teams to access and control computer systems in each of the WSCC
broadband connected schools using a secure connection.
If you are asked to install the Dameware client you will need to download and run a small application called the Dameware
Client.
To download the client software, please log in to the grid using your WSGfL user name and password by clicking on the 'login'
link above. Once logged in you will be returned to this page, and a link will appear below.
